About me: 

I’m Cara Hooper, a Coach, Facilitator and writer since 2006, specialising in Trauma with a passion for helping people understand how their nervous system responds to stress. Over the years I’ve supported individuals and groups to understanding science-informed concepts into bespoke tools that actually fit into real life. I teach Overwhelm & Your Nervous System because I’ve seen how life-changing it can be to name what’s happening in your body and respond with care instead of pushing through. This course reflects both my personal journey and the patterns I’ve witnessed in the thousands of people I have worked with: when we build awareness, we build the ability to resolve difficulty. I’m passionate about making this work practical, and doable.
